Myths????????
ok i'm doing an assignment for school i have to write a myth and i have no idea what to write about!!! any ideas!!!!???? I'm desperate here! Not to long if you have any websites with help on myths please tell me. i have to write a myth about how snow came to be i need ideas for a beggining middle and end

- Well, i did this in 8th grade. I told a story about Zues and Hurcules. How they were lazy and stuff. Just make something up, BE CREATIVE.
- you should write about the myth of the green banana serial killer. it was a night like any other...except the green banana killer was on the loose.
- You could write something about clouds shaking apart or something, come up with a reason why they shake apart like because such-and-such god shakes them to make music that only supreme beings can hear.
- If it's allowed to be funny, then write about Giant God Dandruff.
- something silly like thunder is a god bowling..... equate salt to a god's....salt at dinner, dandruff, sugar spill, sanding marble steps to castle.... just some suggestions.
- The myth about the babysitter who keeps getting prank calls and the killer is upstairs with the kids is a classic. Try urbanlegends.com
- Check out Joseph Campbell. He was an awesome man who specialized in mythologies. I have seen his specials on dvd and amazed of mythology around the world. Hint: Mythologies represent lessons in life. Snow can represent souls from the past that visit us, this is why snow is unique and no two are alike. Be vivid and create a history with a meaning. A mythology uses your imagination like a fantasy story with a moral point. Good luck!!
